I can't connect my Tapp P100 to my WiFi because it says "encryption on this network is not supported."

My Network is Telstra Mobile Broadband via Nighthawk6Pro and I have tried both bands

What's the nation code (e.g. EU/US/UK) and hardware version of your Tapo P100?

 

Please check what's the wireless security/encryption type of your 2.4GHz WiFi. Is it WPA2-PSK or WPA3?

Could you share some pictures of your router's wireless settings here?

Pack says it is TAPO P100 (AU) Ver 2.0

 

Nighthawk Network security is WPA2 Personal AES

 

We actually have only the 5ghz band running

The Tapo P100 supports 2.4GHz only.
