исправил через WinSCP
Перезагружал роутер, перезагружал компьютер, проверял на ноутбуке - все равно нет инета через роутер

Свойства сетевого подключения в W7 В соседней ветке по настройке МТС 824F вычитал что перевод в режим "только модем" может помочь - однако даже тестовое подключение к COM через putty не получается

Выложите кернель лог и скрин Интерфейсы - WAN > DHCP клиент. (с подключенным модемом)
Как ведет себя модем, как получаете инет с роутера по лан или вай-фай?
Сетевые настройки на компе?

Свойства сетевого адаптера: получать IP автоматически получать DNS автоматически (на мой взгляд все абсолютно по умолчанию)

Роутер подключен через провод - в разъем #1 (Не WAN - соседний)

Как снимал лог: роутер обесточен, в него вставлен модем, роутер подключен проводом
Включаю питание
Секунд 10-20 роутер не реагирует на запросы по 192.168.2.1 - мигает второй светодиод "Шестеренка"

Далее роутер начинает реагировать на админку
Поведение usb-модема в роутере - мигает некоторое время красным - потом переходит на синий светодиод

По первому скрину видно что модем не определился, нету МАС адреса карты и не происходит обмен пакетами RX,TX.
Этот скрин и есть WAN > DHCP клиент.
В Putty наберите opkg list-installed, получите сприсок установленных пакетов, скопируйте и выложите.
(Выделяем нужный текст мышкой, жмем Ентер, текст в буфере.)
Если модем поднялся, в сислоге должна появиться примерно такая строка:

Выходные закончились, модем остался у родителей, роутер уехал со мной в город. Насколько я понимаю замена роутера на другие модели TP-Link (например 3220) даст неопределенные и даже скорее всего такой же результат? Есть также вариант доплатить и взять ZyXEL Keenetic 4G II. Хотя опять таки не факт что на нем заведется - ведь внутри модели 824F наверняка есть свои версии, ревизии и прошивки.

vovan26 благодарю за ответы, по списку установленных пакетов какие будут рекомендации? Единственно проверка связки роутер+модем будет возможна только в конце недели...

Отличный роутер, менять нету смысла, результат будет тот же.
Модем залочен под провайдера, подниматься должен.
Менять и делать какие то лишние телодвижения, не вижу смысла, надо добить этот.
Конец недели не страшно, доработаю прошивку, ссылку выложу.
Лучше если дадите аську или скайп в личку, результат можно выложить потом.
Можно также будет использовать AA_v3.
P.S.
Поюзал сайты, пишут что он LTE, добавил два не достающих пакета.

я все сделал в PuTTY: нажимаю Open а он мне выдает ошибку что делать?
