  @UFO102 Добрый день. Уточните у провайдера, нужно ли менять подсеть роутера?

Здравствуйте. Нет, не требуется. Сегодня в очередной раз была эта проблема но подключиться нельзя было даже по проводу, хотя роутер реагировал на подключение индикацей лампочки проводного соединения. Нажал кнопку рядом с выключением и все подключилось. Лог прикладываю,, проблема произошла в самом низу на 3 день. Предпологаю что дело в этом

  @UFO102 Сбросьте настройки роутера до заводских, поменяйте только имя и пароль вайфай сети на абсолютно новые (ранее, которые не использвоались), остальные настройки не меняйте, оставьте по умолчанию и по одному подключайте локальные устройства к новой сети, понаблюдайте, возможно какое-то из устройств делает так, что сеть отключается и сама настройка роутера (меню роутера) становится не доступна.

Также проверьте порт WAN по следующей инструкции ниже

1. На странице Дополнительные настройки - Сеть - Интернет поставьте тип подключения Статический IP-адрес; пропишите IP-адрес: 10.10.10.10 и маску 255.255.255.0 шлюз 10.10.10.1 dns 8.8.8.8 и альтернативный dns 8.8.4.4
2. На странице Дополнительные настройки - Защита - Межсетевой экран поставьте галочку Ответ на Ping из WAN
3. Компьютер подключите кабелем к роутеру через порт WAN(!). Нажмите Windows + R, введите ncpa.cpl и нажмите Enter
Правой кнопкой мыши на Подключение по локальной сети или Ethernet (в зависимости от ОС) - Свойства. Двойной клик на "Протокол Интернета TCP/IP" или "Протокол Интернета версии 4" или "IP версии 4" (в зависимости от ОС).
Поставьте точку на "Использовать следующий IP-адрес", пропишите IP-адрес: 10.10.10.11 и маску 255.255.255.0
Сохраните настройки.
4. Нажмите Windows + R, введите cmd, нажмите Enter
В открывшемся черном окне введите ping 10.10.10.10 -l 1000 -t и нажмите Enter.
Понаблюдайте некоторое время. Если у вас разрывы, то нужно наблюдать в 3 раза дольше, чем промежуток между ними. Если просто интернет не работает, то достаточно будет пары минут. За это время может появиться ошибка вида "Превышен интервал ожидания...".
В конце диагностики нажмите Ctrl + C - проверка остановится, и выведется статистика. Если потери менее 1 процента, то порт в порядке. Если 1% и более, значит, порт неисправен.
