Acerca de:Why won't tp-link allow me to update my registered email address? I have explained to management that the current waÿ of requiring customers to delete their tp-link device account and then to force them to recreate their account from scratch is unacceptable. This can taks a very considerable amount of time particularly for customers with a large number of devices. Other companies with similar apps provide the abilty for the user to update tbeir profile and change their email address instantly without having struggle through he trauma of having to totaly recreate their device configuration. After some discussion with management i am pleased to say they have agreed to update their app with a new feature which enables customers to update their profile (including email address) quicly and easily.
