Hi aMikey, The TL-SF1008P only 4 ports support IEEE 802.3af, so please confirm that your IQEye PoE Camera be comply with IEEE 802.3af(not IEEE 802.3at),Certainly, you need connect them to port1-port4 in TL-SF1008P.

To be honest, dear aMikey: complaining about a "
computer cannot see my TL-SF1008P switch" with an unmanaged switch is not a very clear problem description. No computer can "see" unmanaged switches.
There is no reason to blame some other fellow user who just wanted to help you get things going.
And for not telling us your problem solution: Never mind. Most users don't have such problems with unmanaged switches.

The problem was because I could not find the IP address to the device I installed, Solution was to install an IP finder. Problem solved

Great you solved it.
Yes, the old DHCP problem. It's always best to assign static IPs to stationary devices which must be reachable from elsewhere. So you don't even need an IP finder.
