Can't tag interface on TL-SG1024DE V3

So I recently picked up a TL-SG1024DE V3. I've patched the firmware to the latest version 1.0.1 Build 20170530 Rel.39402. I'm trying to enable a few interfaces to tag a VLAN and every time I hit apply, it just says failed. I've tried different VLAN ID's and different ports to no avail. I've attached a screenshot. Not much to see. It just simply says failed and doesn't say why. As you can see, I've got the service enabled. Not sure if this is just a malfunctioning device or not?
