Which country code does it say? Under test mode, there is no such choice as 5500 frequency.

5500 MHz is channel 100, 5600 MHz is channel 120, both are in the U-NII subband 2.
You can find it either in test mode of v1.1 devices or if you set a region which allows use of U-NII-2 such as, for example, Germany.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels#5_GHz_.28802.11a.2Fh.2Fj.2Fn.2Fac.29 for a list of regions allowing those channels.
