Getting a network pro with xbox one . router sky q with two ports one to an xbox one and the other to the tl-sg105e with an xbox one and a apple time capture . The prob is when playing the game Destiny 2 I get a network error from the game play on the box from the switch, can anyone help me . Thanks.

Network error？ could you support detailed information？ How about connect Xbox to router directly? How about other game？

I have connected both xbox ones to the router and they worked well. I connected one xbox through the switch only and I get a network error from the game.
I have read many articles but none on this problem, I thought the switch was plug and play.

It is plug and play as long as your router or some other device in the network doesn't use the IP 192.168.0.1, which is the default IP of the TL-SG105E (it's a manageable switch, so it has an IP). Could it be that your router uses this IP? If so, change the IP of the switch through its web UI.

@Jobbyweeker The problem you have maybe because of the hacks, I had the same situation, when I used some hacks. I deleted them and everything turned on it's position.
