I order 2 CPE 510
Trying to make them ap and the other client
After few hours after reading i guest i have one setuped with dfs frequency and the other not

both of them cannot see each other How can i change that
i cannot find any dfs option even the region cannot find to change
i did also upgrade firmware and reset to default and still one dfs the other not

serial number even very close 114-117

So any genius here thanks

Hello how to change dfs because i have 2 cpe 510 serial *****-114 ****-117
both canada


but one problem one has frequency in dfs the other not
how can i fix this

thanks also i cannot find where i can change area

DFS is not a frequency, but a technique to make room for weather radars and military radars, which have priority over regular users in the 5 GHz band.

Since it is required by law in almost all countries to use DFS nowadays, it makes no sense anymore to have an option for deselecting DFS. If it can be selected on one AP, but not on another, this is probably caused by running different firmware versions on those APs. Upgrading to firmware version 2.1.11 removes the DFS checkbox for those regions where law requires one to use DFS.

both of them upgraded to the latest firmware online now
also i cannot find the firmware you mention 2.1.11

Hi thanks but still not resolved because still one dfs and the other not
will appreciate if another way i can fix this issue

That's wrong. The other uses DFS, too, but latest firmware versions don't allow to deselect it.
