The AP's MAC address (BSSID) you lock your client to does not fit to the MAC addresses shown for the eduroam APs in you WiFi analyzer screenshot. Remove the "Lock to AP" setting until you got a stable link.

This occurs because humidity in the cable or rj45 connectors, causing the same function like pressing the "Reset" button in the PoE and that generate the factory reset.

You should have the option to disable the Reset Button, as have other brands

If the CPE connects to eduroam in client mode, your PC should get IP address, gateway IP and DNS server IP(s) from the eduroam DHCP server. If no DHCP lease is offered, there is some other problem unrelated to the CPE.

Did you/anyone manage to solve that problem? I actually have the same problem.

Trying to set up CPE210 as Client or Bridge to an eduroam AP. Login to eduroam via CPE210 seems to me fine, as the 'Status' pane shows that I am connected:

However, my LAN- or WiFi connected devices do not get an IP address (169.254....) and have limited connectivity.

I assume this is due to incorrect setup of the Network. I tried the standard setup (static IP for CPE with 192.168.0.254, netmask 255.255.255.0, all other empty), which didn't work - then I tried to assign the entries that I got when I connected my laptop directly to eduroam to find out gateway IP, primary DNS and so forth. I set the CPE to a static IP within the range of the eduroam network, changed netmask to the same and had as Default gateway and Primary DNS the same ones as the eduroam - still no luck.

I also just realized - even though the Status pane shows that I am connected, when I try to use the Ping functionality of the web-GUI, and ping the standard gateway, there is actually no ping.

You need to use AP Client Router mode, not Client mode to connect to EDUROAM APs which accept only one device. They don't provide a DHCP service.

Thus, you have to create a second subnet on your CPE, define the CPE as the gateway for local clients and offer an IP and this gateway through the built-in DHCP server of the CPE. On the (wireless) WAN side of the CPE you use your EDUROAM credentials to log in. Router mode of the CPE will pass traffic from the local network via WLAN to EDUROAM and vice versa. See the CPE User's Guide - section AP Client Router mode - for more details of this mode.
