Tp-Link Smart switch blew up ethernet ports from 2 different mainboards

Hello,
I have a 8-port gigabit Smart PoE Switch TL-SG2210P which was connected to 2 mainboards, Biostar TB250-TBC Pro and Asus Prime Z270-a.
When connecting non shielded utp (no earth) between the computer and this switch the lights of the switch goes off and no link anymore on both mainboards.
If I connect a cable modem to it or Raspberry Pi it is working fine, but these 2 brandnew mainboards are not working anymore, what to do? how to fix it?
Best Regards,
Donald.
