I'm afraid I'm having the same error. Have you managed to find out how to fix that? Please let me know in case you have.

I don't know what's model of your switch. Do you check the IP of your device and try to set up the static IP.
And if you use the managed switch, you need to note that the switch IP address cannot conflict with other devices.
