TL-SG1005D will not connect devices to router / modem
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I have a sky Q router with two ethernet ports, and have bought the above mentioned switch in order to increase this number to five, however nothing on the secondary side of the switch will connect to the internet.
I have tried different combinations of cables directly from the router to the device, and with different ones as the link cable and they seem to work in their own right, just not when the switch is in use.
The devices are: Philips hue smart light bridge, Apple TV, PC, and a PlayStation 4.
Does anyone know how I can go about troubleshooting this?
