VLANS on TL-SG2210P

I have a gateway (Unify USG Pro) connected to a TL-SG2210P and from there I have a fiber on SFP2 to the rest of my network.I have set the guest network to use VLAN 40 but for some reason clients connected to guest can not access internet. I guess it is some configuration missing on the switch. I have set the SFP2 to "Tagged" on both VLAN1 and 40. All other ports are set to Untagged on VLAN1 and "Not member" on VLAN40.
What am I doing wrong?
