Hi
I have noticed whenever I restart my TL-SG2210P switch it keeps reverting ip address to the default one ?
Second one can i change default password to something I want ?

Did you save the config after applying settings?

Yes I did click on a button "Apply" as in the snapshot below

I guess this is the one that you were referring to ? right

No. I'm referring to the "Save Config" function, which saves the config. "Apply" does apply changes, but does not save them in the flash.
