CPE210 driving a WR802N cannot get to management page
Hello. WR802N Problem. Cannot access the initial management page to make changes.
Here is what i have going...
fibre via Ethernet -> Router (primary gateway IP 192.168.1.1)
Router via Ethernet -> tp-link sending antenna in AP mode (IP 192.168.0.254)
tp-link sending antenna via radio -> (~1 km away) tp-link receiving antenna (IP 192.168.0.253)
tp-link receiving antenna in client mode via Ethernet -> tp-link WR802N in AP mode (static IP 192.168.2.1)
For the rest here I am standing beside the 802. I am about 1km from the primary gateway.
I connect to the 802's Wi-Fi with no problem. The Wi-Fi works on all other devices tested.
I open any browse and enter the static IP for the 802 and get a "cannot connect" error (after a long wait).
A Wi-Fi monitor tells me the gateway IP for the 802 is 192.168.1.1. It also says the IP for the 802 is 192.168.1.1.
When I enter 192.168.1.1 into the browser I get the setup page for the primary gateway router, not the 802.
When I enter tplinkwifi.net into the browser I get a long wait and it never connects.
By resetting the 802 I've duplicated the problem several times. It never reopens the management page once I've left it.
Any help you can provide is much appreciated.
