I created a vLan ( EdgeRouter-X  and TL-SG108E) 

Do you know why the Trunk's speed  port on PORT 1 is only 10 and not 1000 ?

    How did you test? 

    If you do not configure vlan, the speed can reach to 1000Mbps?

   Normally, this issue is caused by compatibility between different brand device. It is not relate with configuration.

   So I suggest you do the test again
