T1600G-28TS 3.0 problem with lost packets and hangs

Hello colleagues!
We have some switches in different local networks the following configuration :

 Hardware Version     - T1600G-28TS 3.0
 Software Version     - 3.0.0 Build 20180130 Rel.33015(s)
 Bootloader Version   - TP-LINK  BOOTUTIL(v1.0.0)

They hang after a few days and port downlink on the upstream switch is up, MAC address of the switch is visible, but telnet / web for switch not available. It helps only physical reboot. Also observed lost ping packets  at about 5-10%. We also inspect traffic in vlan via wireshark, but there is nothing abnormal.
+ every 10 minutes we observed, that CPU Utilization is 90%.

We have no active customers on these switches. Switches from a similar configuration version 2.0 work fine. We are seeing a problem only on version 3.0.
Please consider our appeal and inform what the reason may be.
Switch configuration attached.

Re: T1600G-28TS 3.0 problem with lost packets and hangs

Hello,

We have the same problem with hw version 3.0. Stock firmware 2018013.

The first this hw 3.0 model we bought in 12/2018. This model has new GUI web mgmt.

We have tried switches with our advanced configuration (vlans, dhcp snooping, mac vlan). Same config with hw version 2.0 is OK. After a day we cannot access the switch via ssh, web, no ping to mgmt ip from same ip subnet.

Traffic to the clients pass with no problem, no lag or packet loss.

We can access the switch again only after power cycle the switch.

This switch have no serial CLI, so we cannot find the problem.

Then we have tried simple scenario, switch is in default configuration, only set IP and def. route. After a few hours / max one day there is packet loss to web mgmt, CPU utilization over 85% or the same problem as above.

We have recently tried 5 switches T1600G-28TS, hw rev 3.0 and always the same problem. So there must be a firmware / hw bug in revision 3.0. With model T1600G-28TS revision 2.0 we have no problems.

We cannot find any solution to this problem :/
