After downloading all files for different versions, V2 and V3, I do not succeed to upgrade firmware on TL-SG1016DE.

Always same error : invalid image.

In fact, I have exactly same error for TL-SG108E after downloading files from TP-LINK support page.... no way

 

Any special action to consider to avoid such error?

Hi DavidBCN

TL-SG1016DE can only update the firmware of the same hardware version. For example, TL-SG1016DE V1 cannot update the firmware of V2 and V3. It can only update the firmware of V1.
