Guys

Hope someone can help.... I changed my POE switch from a Netgear FS728TP to a GS752TP and my TL-POE150S devices no longer provide power - and the switch continues to say "searching" - ie no POE negotiation has been successful.

The switch has both 802.3 AF and AT ports, and neither will work for the TP device.

Any suggestions?!?!

Thanks

Hi

Was hoping for a steer, but no luck!

Anyway - I have discovered the failure is only present when the D150S or indeed the POE10R devices are in 5V output mode.

If they are set to 12V they appear to be working.

Does this provide any further clues?

TL-POE150S is a PoE injector. You already have the PoE switch, why do you still need to use PoE injector?

If you mean TL-POE10R, you can try to connect the end client to POE10R for testing.

Hi

Yes, sorry, I do mean the TL-POE10R.

I have now found that it works at 12V but always fails when set to 5V.

When you connect to FS728TP, POE10R can work with 5V? If it only cannot work with your new switch, it's odd. Maybe you can find the support.
