I am trying to update the switch firmware to version V4 because in this version there is a fix in the VLAN that I really need to be fixed, But when I try to updat, there is an error
Is there any way to fix and update?

If V3 firmware on your V2 switch has a real VLAN bug (and it's not only a new feature or enhancement of V4), try to write to your local TP-Link support (see local website for contact info). TP-Link is very helpful if it comes to fixing bugs even in previous firmwares, so you probably can get a fixed V3 version for your switch.
