Model: CPE510
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I am thinking about buying this model to use between my house and my son's house as a secondary wifi sort of backup. His house is approx 250feet away.  I see there is a POE injector(?) that powers this device. I have a poe switch outdoors, can i just use a patch cable fro the POE switch to the CPE510? Didn't know if its standard 802.3 voltage or some specialized voltage.

Thanks in advance

John

CPE510 comes with a passive PoE (24 volts) injector. If your outdoor switch/router is an EP-R6, then yes, it can power CPEs as well.

BTW: there is an own subforum for Pharos devices here.
