i'M USING EAP controller software to connect my EAP 225 V3 , and the status is shows pending , Failed to adopt PA
I tried the right user name and password , but wont work
how to solve this

Reset the EAP to factory defaults by pressing the RESET button for 5-7 seconds until its LED blinks. Then try to adopt it again.

@Iad did you find the "adopt" button ? It is somewhat hidden in another window usually.
