Hello there,

my company owns a T2600G-28TS(TL-SG3424) and we want to use it for internal LAN and sip telephony.

 We need support to configure it for our needs. Do you know a specialist (company or person) who knows about the switch and can help us with our sip telephony? It would be great if there is someone available in Germany wth profound knowledge in IT networks and thier switching, VoiP (VLAN  with a bunch of QOS parameters).

 Background info: We just used the TL-SG3424 for our internal network for years and it was fine. But now we need to use it also for sip telephony. We experience many issues with our new telephone system from innovaphone. For example bad sound quality, ticked call quality, loss of connection or only one conversation participant can hear the other one etc.

@authensis

The problem may be caused by low bandwidth or bad network links or other reasons. So the settings of QoS may not solve the problem. Of course you still can have a try.

I fould TP-Link User Guide has the configuration example for Voice VLAN, You can have a look at page 649.

Thank you for the manual hint.

We have no network specialist in our company so we are searching for technician who can help us to (re-)confugure our network and find bottlenecks.
