Hi 

Just bought a new switch TL-SG116E V1.2 and I run in to the realy wierd issue: 

I had 3 PC contected to the mikrotik and it worked ..  then I reconected all to the TP switch and 2 worked well 
but one not really: is connectting but LAN is not working (in terms of the "web/internet") - what is really weird hardware both switch and pc LAN status saing 1G connection OK,

PC is even get some DHCP info such gateway, but not IP adress! 

Switch is saing that some pakets are recived via port RxGoodPkt but none has ben trasnmited (TxGoodPkt)

Of course same cable connected to the mikrotik again works as a hammer ?! 

Any ideas ... ??

Ok next intresting Stuff ... I tryed to upgrade firmware but not lucky (current version 20190923 rel 58904 HW 1.2 into the new TL-SG116E(UN)_v1.20_20191128) 
I tried via IE/Chrom, direct connection from PC .. and all atempts are succeded (means uploadted 100%) then got message device is restarting ..and after  refreshing switch info page I see old version of the firmware :O  ?? 

Any  next Ideas ??
