please help. what are the differences between tl-sf1016 vs tl- sg1016 the rack mount models. are there different speeds;

The naming of the switches tells you the difference...

TL-SF1016 is a switch with Fast Ethernet (10/100Mb/s) ports

TL-SG1016 is a switch with Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Mb/s) ports
