Model: TL-SG108E
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

The config utility Scans the interface but the Switch has a different IP Address. It's scanning 10.x.x.x (I don't have the exact range at hand) and it fails to find the Switch (even though the switch is connected via LAN directly to the PC. The Switch has the IP address 192.168.0.4 and I think the utility should be scanning 192.168.x.x so it could find the Switch.

The utility has no way of letting me configure the range of IPs to scan, so I'm stuck unable to configure my Switch.

@fdoxyz

The utility should send broadcast packets that destination is 255.255.255.255 to find switch. If you cannot see your switch, you can try to disable the firewall of your PC to confirm whether the firewall block the access.

And you also can access the IP address of your switch to manage it directly. The switch supports web management.
