Been through 4 CPE510s in a month
I can't figure out what's going on. I've bought 4 different CPE510s in a months time. They work great for like a week then just completely die on me. I can't even connect my PC to the admin UI anymore. All lights are greeen. Tried resetting the device many times, using different cables, etc. They just completely stop responding on http://192.168.0.254. I can see the SSID of the wireless network and I can connect, but I have no internet access even though I have flashing green lights on my router, all greens on the CPE510, green light on the POE adapter. I getting tired of dropping $50 every week to replace these things. I know the router is good because I can unplug the cable from the LAN port on the POE adapter and connect it to my computer and I get full strength signal. Nothing through the CPE510 though. I'm running it as a WAP connected directly to my router using outdoor direct bury rated cat5e cable. Anyone have any ideas?

@robdavis967, ok, then I give up.
As always, Windows is a huge waste of time and in the end it's some default setting of an obscure firewall blocking rule or an anti-virus program blocking ICMP.
You might try another PC or preferably a laptop running Linux/MacOS.

I've used 3 different laptops including a Mac. I connected from the same exact laptop with the same configuration successfully like 4 days ago. I don't think it's Windows.

Did you follow the advice to connect the CPE to the PC/MacBook directly? This means a connection from PC to the CPE, not via your network/switch/router?
I deployed CPEs several dozen times and never ever had such an issue of the web UI being not reachable from one day to another.
I can only think of a bad cable. You can find out by replacing not only CPEs, but each and every other component, even cables.

@R1D2 yeah, I'm connected directly. I'm not going through the router. I just don't get it. This is the 4th one I've bought in the last month. They work for like a week, then all fail. I guess it's time to give up and try a different brand.
I did try several different cables that all worked connected directly to the router but don't work when connecting to the CPE.
