Gigabit media converter
Hi,
I use the MC210CS as a galvanic isolated monitoring solution. However, a lot of packets are not visible when I use WireShark to monitor the network. I suspect that the media converter is acting as a switch. Is my impression correct? Is there anyway to enable link pass-through capability? If not do you have a product that works as a pass-through?

Similar to a switch, the forwarding method of TP-Link media converters is Store-and-Forward. It can only forward Ethernet packets, in other words, the non-Ethernet packets won't be forwarded.

@Yannie so, my question is, is there anyway to bypass the switch, I just want link pass-through...
