Cat6 wire was still connected and no damage but LAN light blinks, shows full signal and then just power light show. It just keeps repeating this pattern. I unplugged cat 6 cable for a few seconds from Poe and no change. 

It seems like the CPE510 is auto-reboot/reset, you may test the non-working CPE510 with another PoE Adapter from another working CPE510, if it works after replacing the PoE adapter, then the PoE adapter may have an issue, test the non-working PoE adapter with the working CPE510 to confirm it. Otherwise, it's likely that the CPE510 has been defective by the accident.
