Hi fellow humans, this is regarding the CPE610. I spoke to the store I bought from and he told me he had at least 50+ cranky customers who are really pissed off as no one can understand how TP-Link can claim/state up to 300Mbps when both ends the max link rate is 100Mbps. So even 101Mbps is never achievable under any circumstance and saying 300Mbps is an outright lie.
The store wants to be unnamed, but want me to take this up with TP-Link as a legal issue and say they will provide me with all the 50+ clients contact details so they can sue TP-Link for misinformation.
I am not sure how this will gather momentum around the world as there are a lot of people out there who aren’t very happy with this misinformation and maybe just waiting for someone to set the ball rolling. Please join in.

Yes, I paid attention to physics in uni too, and didn’t skip moral science in school, some won’t even know what that is or if it ever existed. I believe in transparency, facts and the truth and hate people who make false claims.
Buy a car that advertises it can go up to 300 km and later on when it can’t go even a 101 km you are told the speedometer in the can actually can go 300 km with jargon to confuse the sh1t out of the customer. What a load of crap. When you go to buy a car you shouldn’t expect to be an automobile engineer. This is deceitful lie and people like you are encouraging this and I know why.
Let’s put it this way I call a spade a spade and some people just can have that consciousness in them. Again they missed out a science in school.

Linksys, Cisco, Netgear, Ubiquity and TP-Link now for a bit more than 15 years !!!, then pay attention to a simple question that was asked and dont beat around the bush please.

Internet===AX11000(A)===CPE610)))(((CPE610===AX11000(B)=client devices
A gets 250/25Mpbs but B gets 98/25Mbps
Basically B is just getting internet from A
Speed test on site A Archer AX11000 is 250/25 but B Archer AX11000 is 98/25
WHAT SPEEDS SHOULD B GET?
