I simply have my mac plugged into my switch via ethernet but can access the admin portal @ 192.168.0.1

I've tried manually configuring my IP address to be 192.168.0.3 and the device is connected but the page just hangs on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. I also tried disabling wifi and alternative ports. 

Any recommendation on how to solve this?
