Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hello,

It looks like the configuration is corrupt on my TL-SG3424 swirch (Hw ver: V1). Resetting the config does not solve the problem, coz probably the factory config is also corrupt, i get an empty config after resetting it.

So If anybody could help me out with a configuration backup file for this switch perhaps i could get it back to life.

thank you,

peter

What's the specific issue? Can you still access the switch's web interface? If you can't access the web interface, you can try to upgrade the firmware via the Bootutil Menu: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1057/

@Somnus

Hello,

the full story is described here pretty thoroughly:

https://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=41367

I want to download a complete config file to it, as it may get the ports configured properly after i kick-start it.

It may also restore its working state, as the config might be the thing that prevents it from booting up properly. (no messages on serial port, it just hangs).

thx for any input,

pepe

@adatmentes

Not as if i was impatient or something :) but really nobody has a TL-SG 3424 being able to back the config up and let me check it out? login credentials can be easily cut,  i  don1 need that of course.

pretty simple thing to do if one has the device...

thx, pepe
