Hi,

 

I am using 2 PPPoE connections in my Loadbalancer. However, I keep facing multiple disruptions during my calls. On logging into the firmware I see "Link Down" for both my connections. On clicking "Connect" on the WAN page, my internet connectivity gets restored. Why is the Loadbalancer not connecting to the internet automatically?

 

Additionally my Internet connectivity is not down (as displayed in the Loadbalancer status page). If I use the internet connections directly using a wifi router I do not get any disruptions.

Do you change the connection mode? Have you set any link back up?

Facing the same issue, anyone any idea?

I face disruptions even when all ISPs are up and running.

 

Even though the router gets connected to all ISPs automatically and even though all ISPs are connected I face disruptions of almost 20-30 seconds.

My brother started having exactly the same problem, it's not clear why at all. Can someone help me understand what the problem is?

What is your network setup? Are you using a wifi router? If yes what is the wifi config 802.11 n or ac or ax?
