Hello, my cpe510 stops to work!

on 192.168.0.254 shows:

Web Server Error Report:

Server Error: 404 Not Found

File not found

/error.html

Please contact customer service

 

pharOS is able to manage it but unable to upload firmware or it upgrade the firmware but nothing still works...

 

then I'm conttatting you!

Please help me!

Have you set static IP on your PC before access 192.168.0.254? Can you get a reply from CPE when ping this IP?

 

Have you changed the default IP before? If you can't remember, you should reset it and test again.

 

If you can ping it, try different web browsers, and try to disable the firewall on your PC.

 

If you can not ping it, just reset and test with a different PC.

NoScript firefox addon blocks and redirect me to /error.html!
