@Shono

Here are my suggestions, hope they are helpful.

1. Why you set the distance to 27km?

How to Configure the Distance Value on Pharos Products

Enter the distance manually in the input box. The valid values are from 0 to 200km, and we recommend that you set the value to 110% of the real distance.

If you want to connect a mobile phone or PC to this AP, do not set that high value on distance settings.

2. Please make sure the distance isn't too far when you are trying to connect to it.

3. Change to a simple password, on your devices, forget the old network on your devices, use the new Wi-Fi password and try to connect again.

@Shono

make sure CPE has connected to the router successfully. Check the connectivity between Router and LAN port on the PoE injector.

And you mentioned you have 3 CPEs, make sure they all have different IPs.
