Good day.

 I bought a used tp-link tl-sg3424 managed switch.  The old owner says that he had reset the switch to the factory settings, but I can't get to the web interface via the standard IP.

 

 Today I wanted to reset the switch via my RJ45 to usb cable via the console but I cannot get a connection via putty.

 

 Can anybody help me with this.  That would be great.

How to reset the switch to the default factory settings using PuTTy?

 

Try 192.168.0.1. DIsconnect from the router. Set static IP on PC. Make sure its same subnet. 192.168.0.10, 255.255.255.0 and save. Access 192.168.0.1? Or, try the link above

Don't know. I don't use RJ45-USB.

Look at the UG: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/t2600g-28ts/

What is the Console Cable and the line sequence of it?

I personally use RS232 DB9 Female Head <--> RJ45 connector. I don't know your case. Check the UG to find out if RJ45--USB would work.
