i want to change VLAN no. of native VLAN

seems it could be
TL-SG3210(config)# no vlan 1

regarding to native VLAN which is defined by Cisco, if you want to use this switch to forward untag data, maybe it cannot support.

Remember you will need to define a new management vlan. What are you trying to accomplish?
