Model : CPE210, CPE220, CPE510

 

I want to use one CPE (lets say C1) with 2 other Client CPE (lets say C2 and C3).

The distance between C1 to C2 and C1 to C3 is same and around 1.5-2 km. The distance between C2 to C3 is around 1.5-1.6 km. 


as far I did my research I think CPE210 can be used but from the website I saw that its optimized for more than 5km ( "System-level optimizations for more than 5km long range wireless transmission" ).

 

Which CPE will be the most suitable for 2 km distance ?

 

 If somebody could give some suggestion then it would be really helpful.

@adarsh1783 I think you can use the CPE210. tplink's official website shows that the CPE210's transmission distance can reach 5km meaning that they can transmit up to 5km away, not that they can only transmit signals at a distance of 5km, and because of environmental interference, the CPE210's wireless transmission distance does not reach 5km, there will be attenuation.

@Yannie what about horizontal bandwidth ? will CPE210 cover around 58 degree ?

@Yannie yeah, I saw that, but that is in theory and it could be old data too.

 

So the question is Will it cover 58 degree horizontal bandwidth practiacally ?

 

If someone has used or tested it recently then they can confirm on this.
