Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.5 Build 20200110 Rel.60612(s)

Hi there, I use 2 switches from TP-Link in my network.

1.T2600G-28TS V4 4.0.5 Build 20200110 Rel. 60612 (s)

2.T1500G-10PS V2 2.0.6 Build 20200805 Rel.57865

I have the following error messages in the log files of both devices: CPU RISING THRESHOLD: Total CPU Utilization is 83%.

The CPU utilization varies between 81% -85%

The network load of the two devices is usually in the lower third.

The error occurs regularly with an interval of several minutes.

A restart does not bring any improvement.

Even a complete reconfiguration did not bring any improvement.

Is the bug known?

Regards dnwalker

@dnwalker

If you have SNMP enabled, SNMP will raise the CPU for a short time, and if it is not a constant high CPU usage, it will generally not have much effect.

@dnwalker

Hi there,

thanks for the information.
Yes, I run SNMP on both switches.
