VLAN Configuration on TP-SG108E not working, very strange
Can someone help me with this . I am getting crazy because of this issue .
Current Topology:
Requirement :
- Cisco switch is gateway for all vlans.
- Port 1 of TP-LINK SG108E is uplink and all vlans are tagged.
- Port 2-7 on TP-LINK SG-108E is for internet vlan where my PC and laptops connects.
- Port 8 on TP-LINK SG-108E is for Server vlan where my server connects.
- I want my PC and laptops to be able share files between them. ( PING should work between devices in same vlan)
- I want PC and Latop to ping gateway 192.168.254.1 which is on Cisco switch.
- Server should also ping its gateway 192.168.255.1 which is on Cisco Switch
Configuration Snapshot:
Problem:
- My laptop and PC can reach gateway which is 192.168.254.1 but cannot ping each other.
- When connect laptop and PC to Cisco switch they can ping each other.
- Devices on same vlan cannot ping each other on TP-LINK switch.
