TL-SG3210XHP-M2 - [Port]/6/Reload port Tw1/0/x phy firmware.
Hello,
I'm a new owner of a TL-SG3210XHP-M2 for about a month now, all looked good until today the switch had to be fully powered off and back on, upon powering back up, my sfp+ ports came back on but none of my POE+ ports, that was on FW 1.0.3, tried to unplug/replugged/change ports, force interface up by CLI or GUI... to no avail...Link was always down. All seemed to be working in the last few days, but don't think I tried to fully unplugged the switch and back on, on reboot by CLI or GUI.
My OC200 and AP's are still getting POE+ power but no link on FW 1.0.3.
On FW 1.0.3 after restoring power to the switch

Only thing that seemed to work was to restore FW 1.0.2, weird?

POE+ works on FW 1.0.2 but getting these logs repeatably, ports 6 to 8 have nothing plugged in.
I've opened a SR with TP-Link, awaiting a response.

@mikahe They are still hw version 1, but something seems different as the fans runs much quieter. They used to run at 100% all the time before I exchanged the switches.

I am with tplink getting my second RMA.
Can any confirm they have had a stable functional switch? Am I just unlucky and got two bad ones?

Well this also just happened to me today. Same story as most - running for 80 days on 1.0.6, lost a port, rebooted and lost all ports except SFP+. Did reset, backup boot image, nothing helps. POE working but network is not. I sent an email to Support. I have three of these switches and was looking to get another one or two but rethinking this now.

@ColtsMild The tp-link support page for this switch now shows that a hardware version 2 is available. I'd try to RMA your switches and get them to send you the new hardware revision.

@KrisG - That sounds like a good idea to me! They haven't yet gotten back to me via the support email I sent. Hopefully will hear soon. I swapped one of my other switches in and I think it is also showing signs as one of the ports won't come up. Afraid to reboot it.

@KrisG I did not get a version 2.0 but I did get a 1.6
Also got an email with this note
Since your new product does not work, we will be making a special exception to our normal warranty policy. As long as we have inventory available, your replacement will be a new item, rather than the refurbished one we normally send.
Installing switch now.
Also, I would recommend taking pictures of your serial number from both the web page and the box, and save the box as well. They may ask for a pic when you submit the RMA.
This is my second RMA and one thing that happened with both systems is that the serial number vanished from the web interface.
Good luck all, hoping third one's a charm for me.

@Lunakoa 1.0.6 Build 20211202 Rel.66032 was the firmware that came with my switch.

Thanks @Lunakoa, I'm working with Support now to see what they can do. They have indicated that there is no stock currently for v1.0 and I'm waiting to hear about v1.6 or v2.0.
I now have a second switch that is starting to display similar symptoms - dead ports - but several ports are connected and working still so I'm afraid to reboot it. Will leave it as is until I get a replacement switch for the first one, then I can try to play with the second one. Needless to say this is putting my network build on hold as I actually need five of these switches but only have three right now and one is dead and the second seems not far behind. :(

I received my RMA unit today - hardware version 1.0 (sigh). Was hoping for 1.6 or 2.0.
My 2nd unit purchased back in Nov/2021 is now showing dead ports when I try to connect a new device so I'm fairly confident that once I reboot it will also be dead just like the first one. Perhaps I'll be sending that one back for RMA also by tomorrow.
