i have a TL-POE150S V4 connected to a Mitel IP phone 5330. it has worked fine for a good while, but now the green light flashes on the POE and the phone gets no power. 

I have tried a new TL-POE150S V4, but same issue

I have changed both UTP cat 5 cable (in and out), but no effect. 

i have replaced the phone, but same issue. 

 

can anyone help?

If the light on the device is flashing, it means that it is not connected to PD or the power supply is abnormal, you can switch to another PoE Adapter to power up your phone and see if the phone works properly.


If the phone works fine, then the POE150S is faulty. And suggest contacting support directly to solve the problem.
