The configuration utility is universal and you can download it from the official website in SG105PE V1.
Here is the link for your reference: https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/tl-sg105pe/
Also to confirm with you again is your product the SG105PE?
Can you confirm that the hardware version is V2?
Best Regards!

Thank you very much for the detailed information. Based on this, we checked the information again and hope that the following information will be helpful to you.
1. SG105PE V2 is a new version and requires to use the Configuration Utility version 1.3.6.0, which will be released to the official website as soon as possible.
We suggest you may keep an eye on our official website and wait patiently for the update.
2. If you are in a hurry to configure this switch, you can also access its web interface for management via the IP address of the switch, in the following two cases.
1) If your current network topology is like this: Router --- Switch ----PC, you can go to your router's DHCP Client list and find the switch, write down its IP address, then open a browser and enter the IP address directly and log into the management interface.
2) If you find that you cannot find the switch's IP address in the router's interface in the above topology, then please try the following.
Please just connect a PC to switch with an Ethernet cable like this: Switch ----PC.
Please set a static IP address like 192.168.0.10 on this PC.
And try to ping switch's default IP address 192.168.0.1.
How to set static IP address: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/14/
How to ping: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/425/
If you can Ping this IP address successfully, please use 192.168.0.1 to log into the switch's management page.
And now you can change the setting as you want.
Thanks for your cooperation and patience.
