Model: TL-SG3452P
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20210531 Rel.55794

I have two managed layer-3 switches (TL-SG3452P and TL-SG321XHP-M2) connected to an TL-ER7206 router.  My network has five VLANs.  Each switch has settings (L2 Features > Multicast > IGMP Snooping) for setting up queriers.

1.)  Should "IGMP Snooping" be enabled on each VLAN?

2.)  Should "Fast Leave" be enabled on each VLAN?

3.)  Should "Report Suppression" be enabled on each VLAN?

4a.) Should "IGMP Snooping Querier" be enabled on each VLAN?

4b.) What device (router, one of the switches, etc.) should the "General Query Source IP" be on each enabled VLAN?

@DannyZ Yes it should be enable on each VLAN that you want to connect a receiver host. No need to enable 2 and 3. Here is the instruction for you:https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2223/
