I have a TL-SG3428 purchased from in Germany.  It's working just fine for most of my devices.  However, some devices cannot connect via the switch to a router (or anything) else.  They can connect via an old NetGear dumb hub.  Just working through troubleshooting.  Cannot find a definitive TP-Link statement on which pin standard their switches use.  It should be T568A or T568B.  IIRC the preference is for T568A, but that might only be for U.S. Gov contracts.  Going to mess with both anyway, but would like to get a definitive answer.
