Can i add another warehouse with one more CPE510 to existing Access point or do i need to replace existing access point with a multi point model? If yes which model to buy?

CPE510 Antenna SPEC: Beam Width: 45° (H-Plane) / 30° (E-Plane)
That means if your 3rd warehouses in the main AP CPE510 face direction angle 60°, you can just add one CPE510 and link it to the main AP CPE510.
WBS is another solution but the main difference is WBS use external antenna, so it can reach more than 60°.
