Hi,

 

I just buy the CPE710 as an AP.

 

The result i wanted is excellent but only my cell Samsung A32 is able to see and connect on the SSID.

 

I tryed in my tablet to add the network SSID manually, to make sure it's just not broadcasting the SSID, without success.

 

I find on forum, i have to remove the protocol "MAXStream" and the protocol "DFS", but it's not available in the options in the WEB Interface.

 

Can you help me? I'm a network admin.

 

Live in Canada.

  @CPE710-911 It must be 5Ghz channel issue. CPE710 can only use band 4 channels. While some of the clients may not support this channel wifi.

 

Band 4 channels:149-165

So, there's is no possibility that is fixed in a FW earlier ?

I read, it's CFS locked activated Problem on the CPE710 and the support team is supossed to be able by teamviewer to fix that.

Hi,

Is it also compatible to ALL Dual band wifi or just few models ?

I didn'n have trouble to rebuy a new tablet with Dual Band Wifi, but i didn't want to buy the tablet in addition of the TP-LINK CPE710 for nothing if that is not work on ALL 5ghz Wifi compatible device.

 

Still waiting for response or solution.
