Model: TL-SG3428
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.1 Build 20210131 Rel.44230

I need help connecting (2) TL-SG3428 and creating a VLAND for the CCTV system with will be access only for 2 PCs and 3 cellphones, the CCTV system has it's own switch with is not TP Link and both TL-SG3428 are Located in differents buildings separated for about 100 MTS connected by UTP Cat 6 Line, the PCs and servers are distribuited in both TL-SG3428.  There is an Active Directory Domain Server controlling all PCs.  I allready created 2 VLANDS  and I am able to ping DVR but after 10 minutes the ping is lost ant I am not able to ping the interface eather.

@edenlop Have you tried to Ping the switch interface IP(not domain name) 192.168.14.1 or 192.168.8.253?

Will the interface turn to "Down" on the Interface Config page(your screenshot shows all UP)

From my test if there is nothing connected to the VLAN2, the VLAN2 interface will trun to Down and I cannot Ping it. But it only happens when there is no device connected to VLAN2

@Somnus , Yes I am able to ping IP 192.168.8.253 in fact this is the interface to access TL-SG3428, and I do can ping 192.168.14.1 or DVR IP  (192.168.14.20) but after a couple minutes goes down, some times I am able to ping 192.168.14.1 but no the DVR IP 192.168.14.20.  Something to know is there is not DHCP device for 192.168.14.0 network VLAN3.

Most time interfaces are showing status Up.

There is a PC connected in the VLAN2 woth IP 192.168.8.2 from where I am doing ping
