My CPE 210 before the error occurred was still connecting normally, but suddenly all devices couldn't connect to the related SSID. then I tried to go through the lan network to enter the pharos settings it said Server Error: 404 Not Found

then I did a reset to default and tried resetting using the default ip address. but still the pharos web hompage reads Server Error: 404 Not Found
Files not found.

What happen? what should i do? i was contact the costumer service but none of them reply my message
